Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after your order ships, but does not reduce processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other factors beyond our control.

USPS First Class: 3–5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 Business Days
UPS Ground: 3–5 Business Days
Need Expedited Shipping for a Large Order?
Expedited shipping is available for 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100+ yard orders upon request. Due to package size and weight variations, expedited shipping rates for larger fabric orders may not always be available through the standard checkout process. Please contact us before placing your order for a custom expedited shipping quote.
Expedited and Overnight delivery options are generally available for addresses within the continental United States.
New Fabrics Daily ships internationally to most destinations.
International shipping rates are calculated during checkout and vary based on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.
The customer is responsible for any VAT, duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs required by the destination country. These fees are not collected by New Fabrics Daily and vary by country.
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery delays due to customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
New Fabrics Daily ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
UPS Ground service is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available and may take up to 24 hours to become active within the carrier's system.
INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier for any reason, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Once the package is returned to us, we will review the order and process any applicable refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Any refund, if applicable, will not be issued until the package has been returned to our facility and inspected.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, carrier surcharges, and any return shipping expenses incurred by New Fabrics Daily may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that once a refund has been processed, your payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you contact the carrier after an order has shipped and request that the package be forwarded, redirected, intercepted, held, or delivered to a different address, New Fabrics Daily is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, damage, or delivery issues that may result.
RETURNED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim a package, or return-to-sender status may be subject to applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
New Fabrics Daily is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges assessed by the destination country.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim.
Customers should report damaged shipments within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged items whenever possible.
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. While New Fabrics Daily is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit, we will gladly assist customers in locating shipments and filing carrier claims whenever possible.
Customers are encouraged to purchase optional shipping insurance when available. Failure to purchase shipping insurance does not affect any rights otherwise provided under applicable law.
FORCE MAJEURE
New Fabrics Daily shall not be liable for shipping delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, public health emergencies, supply chain interruptions, cyberattacks, transportation shortages, or other force majeure events.
