How is fabric sold?

Most fabrics are sold by the yard. Please review each product listing for fabric type, width, stretch, content, color, and other product details before ordering.

Will multiple yards be cut in one continuous piece?

Orders of multiple yards will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible. If a continuous cut cannot be provided, we may contact you before shipment.

Do you offer sample swatches?

Sample swatches may be available for select fabrics. We recommend ordering a sample swatch before purchasing larger quantities if color, texture, weight, stretch, or project suitability is important.

Please note that sample swatches are not eligible for return.

Why does the fabric color look slightly different in person?

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors accurately, but fabric colors may vary due to dye lots, lighting, photography, monitor settings, mobile device displays, and screen calibration.

Slight variations in color, texture, weight, finish, sheen, backing, hand feel, or appearance are considered normal for fabric products.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping may be available, including for larger fabric orders such as 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100+ yard orders. For large orders, please contact us before placing your order for a custom expedited shipping quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, New Fabrics Daily ships internationally to most destinations. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout and may vary based on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.

Customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs required by the destination country.

Can I return fabric?

Because fabric is cut to order, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition received.

Some items are not eligible for return, including sample swatches, discounted or final-sale fabrics, and fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, damaged, or used.

Are approved returns subject to a restocking fee?

Yes. Approved returns of custom-cut fabric are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, preferred carrier options, and rush processing fees are non-refundable.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier immediately to start a claim. Customers should report damaged shipments within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged items whenever possible.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes. For larger orders, bulk yardage, wholesale inquiries, or recurring fabric needs, please contact us before placing your order.
