You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
Because fabric is cut to order based on the quantity selected, fabric orders are considered custom-cut items. Approved fabric returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sample swatches, approximately 4" x 2"
• Discounted, clearance, or final-sale fabrics
• Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, damaged, or used in any way
Slight color variations caused by dye lot differences, photography, monitor settings, or mobile device displays are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Because fabric may appear differently across devices and production runs, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample swatch before ordering yardage if color, texture, weight, or suitability for a specific project is a concern. Returns based solely on personal preference, color expectation, texture, or project suitability are not considered defects and are subject to our return and restocking policies.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Approved returns of custom-cut fabric are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and inventory management costs associated with custom-cut fabric.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping charges, including expedited shipping, preferred carrier options, and Rush Order Fulfillment processing fees, are non-refundable.
Fabric must be received by New Fabrics Daily within 7 days of delivery approval and must meet all return eligibility requirements.
