Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at New Fabrics Daily. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 * Expedited & Overnight delivery options are available with rates calculated at checkout and is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping Policy

New Fabrics Daily does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on final destination. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearing charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.   

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

New Fabrics Daily ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

*UPS Ground service is unavailable for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you via email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.

A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take our financial institutions/payment processors anywhere from 1-3 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to the method of payment used.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

As part of our Free Shipping promotion, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/returned to sender will be refunded LESS than the shipping and handling (incl. restocking fee) charges would have been without the Free Shipping promotion.  

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

New Fabrics Daily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

New Fabrics Daily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
