Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus shipping, handling cost and restocking fees) to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
* Returned fabrics are subject to 20% restocking fee.
** Original shipping (incl. expedited/preferred carrier options) and expedited order (Rush Order Fulfillment) processing fees are nonrefundable.
*** Discounted fabrics are not eligible for return.
Please note:
Fabric must be returned to New Fabrics Daily within 7 days of delivery. Keep in mind that if the fabric has been cut, washed or altered in any way, we will no longer be able to accept it.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (incl. expedited/preferred carrier options) are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
