Please note that processing time (1 to 3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays) is different from shipping/transit time. Even if you pay for expedited shipping, we still need to process your order. Depending on how many transactions we are currently processing, your order will be processed in the order we received it. Expedited & Overnight delivery options are available with rates calculated at checkout and are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
International shipping policy
New Fabrics Daily does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on final destination. Please note that you the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearing charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so your ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
New Fabrics Daily ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. UPS Ground service is unavailable for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our products are shipped from the United States. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
New fabrics Daily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus shipping, handling cost and restocking fees) to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
* Returned fabrics are subject to 20% restocking fee.
** Discounted fabrics are not eligible for return.
Fabric must be returned to New Fabrics Daily within 7 days of delivery. Keep in mind that if the fabric has been cut, washed or altered in any way, we will no longer accept it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
